hope u guys had fun ushering in the new year! haha. we had an okay okay "party" at home, watching "the ghosts of girlfriends past" while snacking on doritoes n bnj's ice cream. the show's pretty alright, so-so.. but the ice-cream was awesomeee! (strawberry cheesecake, if im not wrong) i prefer these kinda unique flavours over traditional ones like chocolate, vanilla, etc. its delicious, pls go try it! (*warning: highly addictive n extremely high in fat content) so pls. do it in moderation.
watch the celebrities countdown on tv. both channel 5 n 8. not really entertaining. the live music wasn't tt great either, considering the open space venue, i guess. i think the best part of the whole countdown was watching fireworks out of the window, but those were really far away, so we saw mini ones the whole time. stil, better than nothing! :)
cher wanted a change to our "usual" tradition of celebrating the new year by just saying "happy new year" to everyone in the house. so she suggested a toast, cos she bought this dessert wine at the airport the other day. she said dessert wines are sweet, so we might actually like it. we toasted n took a sip. it tasted disgusting. haha. it smelled like beer when i held the glass near to my mouth. i was hoping it doesnt taste like how it smelled. but yuck. took another mini sip but wasnt any better. cher drank the rest of it. haha.
went singing with the girls today. kinda enjoyed it. :) u know.. i really missed singing. we used to do that all the time in our secondary sch days. i sang like 99% english songs n 1% mandarin songs. its weird cos it used to be the opposite in the earlier days. but i really love english. cant help it. :D n korean now, btw. HAHA =p im gonna have to learn to sing korean songs, so pls be understanding k! =p
oh ya.. i've gotta say this.. im totally hooked on my itouch. haha! my parents n cher got me tt for my bday! i love it, love it, love it! i've got so addicted to my korean songs, i listen to them all day. cher thinks im crazy. haha. i tink im crazy too. =p i love the games too! i downloaded this lady gaga tap tap game! its pretty much like ddr only that u use ur fingers instead. n this gingerbread man game. (i know it sounds lame) but its highly entertaining. =p
