awww.. lit is a freaking expensive mod to take. the amt of texts needed for each mod is crazy. average bout 6 texts per mod. its crazy amt of reading n on top of that, there are extra readings. the upsetting thing is that we have to purchase majority of the texts! i bought only 3 books today n it cost me near to $70!! so one mod's bout 6 texts, bout $140, 5 mods.... well, jus do ur math.
i've jus got overwhelmed by the amt of readings, bout an hour ago? while watching american idol n wrapping my texts.. hmmm.. i can multi-task huh. =p did i mention bout playing fish frenzy while listening to korean songs, looking out for cher at our dinner spot n occassionally checking my phone for messages? haha. ok. tt was so unnecessary. eh.. thats not the pt, im digressing. ok. actually, i dunno what am i going to talk about. so i'll jus say random stuffs that come to my mind.
next up, ming's sis's wedding! omg, its super exciting! i mean like, our close fren's sis's wedding! come on! i feel so happy n excited for her already :D like my cousin's wedding! i had fun being the jie mei though. had our fair share of laughter n taking of photos. oh ya, n im going to show off a bit. i sat in one of the groomsmen's convertible mini cooper. he had the top opened but i couldnt say i totally enjoyed the ride cos my hair's all over the place. haha. but stil, it's kinda exciting.
okok. what am i going to say next.. ooh.. im kinda like out of job, cos the centre hasn't really contacted me? i dunno.. cher was saying that they are waiting for our lesson schedule so they could arrange the classes for our convenience. i dun really mind watsoever. i mean like if the job's still on, well, tt's good, at least i'll still b getting my pay. but if it's really gone, i could always keep my options open and look for a new one. not like that job's really desirable or smth. wat's keeping me is the pay. haha. really. hmmm. coming to think of tt, they havent paid me for last mth! haha. my measly but totally significant in its contribution to my current financial status pay.
mayb chinese new year is smth to look forward too? we make really delicious pineapple tarts! haha. u could try begging me for some =p hmmm. but we wun have time to make them this yr, i guess. besides, they're really fattening. so eat in moderation ya.
ok, so i'll end off by saying, guys stay positive n work hard! since a lot of us just started sch or work and are already feeling the pressure.. jus chill n study consistently so as to avoid depression at the end of the sem.
